In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Quite Frankly Natural (QFN) purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

Quite Frankly Natural (QFN) is committed to achieving the highest standards of product satisfaction from formula and manufacturing through to sale and skin consultation. We pride ourselves on our customer service and ask that you carefully consult with our lovely sales team prior to purchase, if you are uncertain about your skin suitability to a particular product as we are not able to exchange, return or refund any products purchased from our website, except in cases of faulty packaging – for this or any other concerns, please contact our sales team directly at sales@quitefranklynatural.com.au

Returns (refunds)

Please email our customer service and sales team at sales@quitefranklynatural.com.au within seven (7) days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues and if necessary, organise a return. Quite Frankly Natural (QFN) reserves the right to limit returns. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been opened or used. We recommend posting the return via Australia Post Prepaid and Registered Post, please contact us first before posting any items to us. The customer assumes any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. The customer assumes liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. All return shipping costs incurred are at the customer’s expense. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for your return to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refund transaction. Please note we do not accept returns on sale or special promotion (including the use of coupon codes) items. For products purchased from a Quite Frankly Natural (QFN) stockist, please contact them directly and consult their store policies.

Reasons for return

If for any reason you have received a faulty product, Quite Frankly Natural (QFN) will accept returns within seven (7) days from delivery. Please contact us via email at sales@quitefranklynatural.com.au with a detailed description and a clear photo of the product fault. 

Exchanges

We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully or consult with our sales team if you are uncertain before making a purchase, as we are unable to offer exchanges.
