Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We are currently offering FREE standard shipping on all orders over $90 via our website, within Australia only and for a limited time. For any orders $89 and under, they will be charged at a $10 flat rate. 

Express Shipping: 

Express shipping is available via our website and will be charged as per the rate for Australia Post Express service and is based on the order volume. Small orders are charged at $14.40 and medium to large are charged at $18.80.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international delivery.

Dispatch Times:

When you place an order via our website, we endeavour to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible and within 1-3 business days from when you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless stated otherwise.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking advice via the email address provided. 

Please Note: once orders have been placed, they are unable to be edited, changed or cancelled (except in cases of an incorrect address being entered).
